Day 1 Rome
We kindly ask our participants to arrive before 11AM. Today you will explore Vatican museums, see St.Peters Basilica and marvel at the masterpieces of Michelangelo and Bernini. Later in the afternoon enjoy a walking tour in Rome to see Spanish Steps, drop a coin in Trevi fountain, see the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Capitoline Hill, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and learn fascinating details about Roman history from your expert guide.

Day 2-4 Florence
On Day 2 travel by train to Florence. Join your guide for a walking tour around Florence, wander the streets of Florence, and see the magnificent Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, the medieval Ponte Vecchio, and the Medici Chapels. Explore the most authentic districts of Florence the Oltrarno district and the neighborhoods of S. Frediano. Enjoy free time on Day 3 or additionally add Pisa, Siena & San Gimignano Day Trip, take a picture with the Leaning Tower of Pisa and enjoy wine tastings in the Chianti region.

Day 4-6 Cinque Terre
Continue traveling around Italy and explore the dramatic coastal setting of the UNESCO-listed Cinque Terre. Visit the amazing towns of Cinque Terre (5 lands), marvel at the spectacular views of the small towns of Manarola, Portofino, and Portovenere, and dine at the seafront restaurants enjoying Italian food with a glass of local wine. Additionally, add Riomaggiore, Monterosso, Vernazza Boat Cruise or Cinque Terre Food Tour.

Day 6-8 Nice
Travel by train to France and explore Nice. Find out why many artists found their inspiration from the Mediterranean landscapes of Nice. On Day 7 experience the charm of the Côte d'Azur, visit Eze, a medieval village and perfume Fragonard, explore the marvelous principality of Monaco, and see the circuit of Formula 1 and enjoy spectacular views of Nice, Cap Ferrat, and the Mediterranean. Optional experience includes a guided tour to Cannes and Antibes. Enjoy a free evening strolling through the elegant streets of Nice in search of a rich ratatouille, a French Provençal dish of stewed vegetables which originated in Nice.
Day 8-9 Barcelona
A short flight to Barcelona and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a walking tour of Barcelona, learn about Gaudi's masterpieces, walk around Gothic Quarter, Passeig de Gràcia, see Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera), stroll down the Passeig de Gràcia and through the Eixample district and see Casa Lleó-Morera. On Day 9 visit marvelous Sagrada Familia and discover the meaning behind Gaudí's modernist architecture.
