Pricing is valid until 22/06/2025, and do note that we don't begin confirming your services until a deposit has been paid. Availability can change quickly, and so tweaks to your pricing may occur in the event that we are unable to secure any of the included items once the itinerary is finalized.

• All accommodations, tours, and transfers for scheduled activities as outlined in the itinerary

• Daily breakfast at your hotel, plus any additional meals noted in your itinerary

• Luggage allowance of one suitcase and one carry-on per person for flights and transfers

• Travel insurance, which is mandatory on tour

• Visas (unless noted)

• Tips for services and experiences

• Lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary

• Excess baggage charges, and where applicable, baggage not included in your fare

• Personal charges such as laundry, phone calls, SIM cards or room service

• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)

• Additional sightseeing, activities and experiences outside of your itinerary

• Optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees

• Passport fees, immunization costs, and local departure taxes (when applicable)

BOOKING

• Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.

• Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a €300 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.

• Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary.

• Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.

• Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
